About

Vamsi Krishna Pasam was an AI research assistant in the HAIE Lab (2024-2025) and first author of an AI-powered comment-triage system for collaborative documents presented at ACM SAC 2025, which combined fine-tuned transformers, hierarchical models and LLMs to categorize and prioritize feedback. Vamsi also co-authored a multimodal-LLM framework for customer journey mapping (The Web Conference 2025 Companion) and built Fund Navigator, an NLP tool for classifying federal grants, with Clemson Engineers for Developing Communities.

Vamsi earned an M.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University (2024) and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Lovely Professional University, and now builds enterprise retrieval-augmented generation systems as an AI software engineer at Red Hat.
